How we have helped others thrive
“I found this newsletter informative. As a night shift worker it is speaking directly to me. To see the percentage of risk for obesity, especially abdominal obesity was an eye opener. I was also not aware of the importance of waist hip ratio, because all I ever heard of is BMI, which I believe isn’t the best tool to determine obesity…Dr. Y, thank you for taking the time to inform and educate us night shift workers.”

“[Dr. Yel’Ora] is one of the hardest workers and smartest people I’ve come across. I have been working nights as a nurse for the past 7 years and it hasn’t always been the easiest ride. Dr. Yel’Ora’s videos have inspired and motivated me to keep moving forward and to always find something positive out of the difficult times. These videos have really helped me to achieve a healthy work-life balance while still working night shifts…these videos have helped me to “survive and thrive.”
